Our approach is to develop co-operation and collaboration with counterpart organisations, and to develop their sense of ownership of the outcomes. Rotenberg Consulting’s consultancy teams focus on local needs and priorities and ensure that they are aware of the political and cultural environment in which projects take place. Our methods are participative throughout. Project design also takes into account the importance of strengthening capacity within counterpart organisations to ensure that skills are transferred and new developments are sustainable.

We work closely with key policy makers and managers within the framework of national policies. In many cases, we work with Government steering committees, which provide guidance and co-ordination at the policy level. Effective liaison with other projects and donor organisations forms an important part of our approach.

Rotenberg Consulting’s executives and Advisory Group Members all have substantial experience of consultancy and training.
